A project process step by step
Getting to know each other
The first step is to get to know each other and the project a bit better. Preferably face to face. What’s the client looking for, and how can Studio Momoki help in that process?
The first introductory meeting is free of charge.
Travelling expenses will be charged.

Registering agreements
If the first meeting went well, Studio Momoki will send a quotation to the prospective client. This will contain the points discussed during the first meeting, a time schedule and an indication of the costs involved.
The quotation will be accompanied by the Terms and Conditions of Studio Momoki.
These contain, for example, agreements concerning what happens in the case of illness or other unexpected situations.

First drafts
Once the quotation and Terms and Conditions have been accepted by the client,
it's time to start the implementation process.
Studio Momoki will create one or more drafts and then send these via email or present them to the client in person.
In the case of large-scale assignments, the assignment will be split up into smaller parts and be presented in several sessions.

Modifications
Once the client has viewed the drafts, he can provide feedback on them. The price quoted includes one round of modifications.
However, if the assignment is changed from the one described in the quotation in such a way that the assignment itself is modified, the extra costs involved will be charged.

Finalising
Once the modifications have been implemented, and the client and Studio Momoki are both satisfied with the end result, an invoice will be sent to the client. In the case of large-scale assignments, it may occur that several invoices will be sent at regular intervals.
And if everything has gone well, we'll both be proud of the finished product!
